Team seats, invitations, and roles

The team page is available to every authenticated workspace member.

Owners and admins can manage the team surface, while invitations remain gated by the workspace plan.

Use the invitation flow to invite one or more teammates at once. Each address is processed independently, so successful invitations remain in place even when another address fails.

Owners and admins can review each pending invitation and its latest delivery status, resend it with a replacement link, or revoke it.

An invited teammate accepts the public link by entering their first and last name and confirming a password. Successful acceptance signs the teammate into the workspace, and an expired, revoked, used, or otherwise invalid link does not reveal invitation details.

Role changes protect the workspace from losing its final owner.

Owners and admins can remove another teammate, but an admin cannot remove an owner, nobody can remove themselves, and the final owner is protected. Removing a teammate revokes their active sessions and workspace credentials. They can rejoin later through a new invitation.

The team page shows the workspace’s current member count, seat limit, and remaining seats.

The pricing plan comparison shows the current catalog-backed seat count for each plan.

Invitation creation and new-member acceptance both enforce that catalog limit.

Existing members remain in place when a workspace is already over its current limit, but another member cannot be added until capacity is available.
