Refunds, cancellation, and auto-renewal

Last updated: October 13, 2026

niceuptime is operated by Cofactor, LLC.

This page states how paid niceuptime subscriptions renew, how to cancel, and when a refund is available. The price and billing period are the ones shown for the plan you select on pricing and confirmed before you pay. This page does not set a price. If this page conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.

1. Automatic renewal

A paid subscription renews automatically at the end of its current term for another term of the same length, at the then-current price for that plan and period, unless the order says otherwise.

A monthly plan renews for another month. An annual plan renews for another year. We charge the payment method on file for each renewal.

A free plan has no paid renewal.

2. Renewal reminders

We send a renewal reminder 7 days before renewal for monthly plans and 30 days before renewal for annual plans. We also send any other advance renewal notice required by law.

The reminder goes to the email address on the workspace. Keep that address current.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel automatic renewal before the renewal date from the Billing page in your workspace, which opens the Stripe billing portal, or from the available account settings.

If those controls are unavailable, email support@niceuptime.com before the renewal date.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. It takes effect at the end of the current paid term. You may keep using paid features through that date unless the account says otherwise.

Canceling a paid subscription does not by itself delete the workspace or your data. Deleting a workspace is a separate action.

4. Refunds

You can cancel and request a refund at any time. We refund the unused portion of the current billing period on a prorated basis.

If we end an active paid subscription for our own convenience, or we permanently discontinue niceuptime before the paid term ends, and you have not breached the Terms of Service, the remedy is a prorated refund of the prepaid fees for the unused portion of that term.

A chargeback does not end the obligation to pay amounts already due.

Request a refund from support@niceuptime.com. Include the workspace and the charge you want reviewed.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. niceuptime uses its own Stripe account. Each product has its own Stripe account.

We do not store full payment-card numbers in the niceuptime application. Stripe describes its processing in the Stripe Privacy Policy.

We may change subscription prices by giving at least 30 days’ notice. A price change applies no earlier than the next renewal unless you change plans or buy an additional service. If a payment fails, we may retry the payment method, ask for another one, limit paid features, or suspend access after notice.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The Terms of Service state the venue for disputes.
