Open the billing portal

Billing offers the portal path for an eligible paid workspace when Stripe billing is configured.

The portal request validates a return URL and returns a portal URL for the stored billing customer.

The billing interface is restricted for workspace members who do not have billing access.

If no qualifying billing customer is found or the request fails, the portal is not opened and the flow reports the error.

The portal contract does not define a separate niceuptime invoice-control feature.
