The authenticated Billing upgrade page shows the Free, Pro, and Max plans from the shared plan catalog.
The selected paid plan is submitted through the explicit checkout action.
The server validates the billing context and returns a Stripe-hosted checkout URL.
Stripe owns payment details and confirmation.
The local application does not confirm a charge, activate a plan, issue a receipt, or change the current entitlement until a verified billing webhook is processed.
If the entry request fails, the billing flow shows an error instead of reporting a completed upgrade.
