The Billing upgrade action starts the checkout path for an eligible Free workspace when Stripe billing is configured.
The server returns a checkout URL after validating the requested success and cancellation return URLs.
Return handling stays on the niceuptime billing flow.
The current local preview does not confirm a charge, activate a plan, issue a receipt, or change the current entitlement.
If the entry request fails, the billing flow shows an error instead of reporting a completed upgrade.
