First verify that the job sent to the exact Pulse endpoint for this monitor. Keep the tokenized endpoint private while you check its configuration.

Confirm that the job sends only after successful work, and compare the send time with the monitor’s expected interval and grace period. A late delivery can arrive after the stored deadline has already been evaluated.

Check whether the monitor is paused, then open the monitor detail to look for the server’s recorded receipt and recent observations. Use those records to distinguish a missing report from a late report or a policy that no longer matches the job schedule.
